All students should request a public library card. Students may access available online databases using their library card account number and chosen PIN. You may access online databases at: Ready Reference.

EBSCO HOST databases are available on campus without the use of a library card.

WebCT:   Students will use brs_COMPUTERACCTNAME (be sure brs_ is in SMALL CAPS but your computer account name is in ALL CAPS) for WebCT.   For example, if your name is John Public, your WebCT user account name is brs_JPUBLIC01.  (brs_ is for Blue Ridge Student).  Your password is the password you first received from the school when you enrolled. If you do not remember the password, use the Retrieve Orginal Password under password management in BRIDGE. Your instructors will enter you into your WebCT courses.  You will not be using the WebCT accounts you created in the past.

If you need WebCT help, come to the Office of Information Technology located in the "B" office suite.

The records of students not recently enrolled at the CTC (prior to Spring 2004) may still be housed at Shepherd University.  Check first at BRCTC, then inquire at the Office of the Registrar at Shepherd.
